2013 Meeting/ Industry Liaison

Over the next few weeks we'll be speaking to colleagues in Northern Ireland about the possibility of holding our annual members meeting there in the Spring of 2013. I'll post more details as soon as I have any.

We are probably going to organise a small working group meeting sometime in the New Year, rather than in November as has been traditional.

I'd also like to welcome two new committee members who are sharing the role of Industry Liaison.

• Steven Haken has worked in various sectors but has recently been involved with three large groups of Venture capitalists in the UK supporting start-ups in biotech and medical devices.
• Stephen Luney is a consultant neuroanaesthetist based in Ballyclare, Northern Ireland.
